To Qualify:
1. Student must be at least 16.
2. Student must have an exit interview from their high school.
3. Student must attend orientation and take the locater test to identify deficiencies. Student must also take TAPE test and do prep work.

There is no fee for classes, but there is a $60.00 charge for the test.
