Types of Degrees

Bachelor’s Degree -- A four-year degree. Must attend a four-year school or transfer there from a community or two-year college.

Associate Degree --A two-year degree. May attend a community college or technical school. Some four-year institutions also offer these.

Certificate --A one or two-year program. May earn at four-year colleges, community colleges, and proprietary (for-profit) schools.
